THEY are the first. Again. Starting last Thursday, Estonians can vote in the euroelections through internet. It is the only country allowing this way of participation in the whole EU. Estonia was also the first republic to have electronic elections to the national parliament. In 2007 it was 3,5% of voters who made use of it.
